llms.services is an AI Site Discoverability Toolkit designed to crawl websites, analyze sitemaps, and generate optimized files (e.g., llms.txt, ai.txt, llm.json) intended for ingestion by automated AI intelligence crawlers. The accuracy of the generated files depends on the structure and content of the target websites.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Scan or crawl websites that you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to audit.
• Use the Service for malicious purposes, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts or exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party systems.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by llms.services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data and files generated from your scanned domains, provided you have the legal right to that domain's content.

6. Payment & Credits

Certain features of the Service require a subscription or the expenditure of purchased credits. Payments are processed securely via our third-party processor. Fees are non-refundable except where legally mandated. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with adequate notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, llms.services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service. This includes any disruptions to your own web infrastructure caused by excessive or misconfigured scanning.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that AI crawlers will prioritize or index your site based solely on using our generated files.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which llms.services is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
